Teliani Valley Tsolikouri

Interesting aromas of dill and white pepper with green apple and lemon juice. I like this medium-bodied wine with medium+ acidity. It has interesting white pepper flavours running through, a bit like a Gruner Veltliner. Long finish too.

Pale gold colour with pear, dried orange peel and a hint of dry sherry and ginger on the nose. Velvety texture and a round finish. Medium finish.

Extremely pale with green tinges. Fresh herbal notes, dill aromas. Medium bodied with good, spicy toasty flavours and lively acid. This is an interesting wine, in a good way!
