Light straw with a tinge of green. Flinty nose of gooseberry, guava, honeydew. Subtle complexity with a slight mineral quality. Pleasant and welcoming on the palate. Good acidity and structure.

Pear tart and spice aromas on the nose plus a little apricot. High backbone of acid balances the richness of this wine. Full body and silky texture. Long finish.
