Beginners Guide to Wine Tasting and AppreciationIn Wine-Oh-One, we covered the most famous varietals…In this month’s appreciation class, we introduce you to the lesser known (but just as delicious) varietals such as Semillon, Gewurztraminer, Petite Sirah and Bonarda.
We will begin by introducing the wines, and talk about the regions where they are grown, how they differ from other varietals, and of course discuss various food pairings.
Geared for wine beginners, we will guide you through the basics of wine appreciation and how to make the most out of your wine.
