PICK, COOK, LEARN, EAT AND SLEEP - Fairmont Singapore “Secret Garden” Apprentice Trip

Each Apprentice Trip activity will be held on every first Wednesday of the month and open to a minimum of four (4) guests / participants to a maximum of 15.

COMPONENTS & MECHANICS
Every month, a Chef will be assigned to supervise the Apprentice Trip Programme wherein he will conduct a tour / visit to the herb garden, facilitate the cooking demonstration and prepare a three-course set menu. Fairmont Singapore’s Director of Kitchens, Chef Otto Weibel will lead and supervise the hotel’s finest chefs, who will be involved in this project. They comprise Executive Sous Chef Michael Muller - French / Continental; Executive Pastry Chef Kenny Kong - Pastry & Confectionaries; Master Chef Sebastian Goh - Chinese Cuisine; Chef de Cuisine Domenico Piras - Italian Cuisine; Executive Sous Chef Nathan Brown, Fairmont Singapore’s designated ‘Herb Gardener’.

Every Monday Evening Starting on the 24th of May

This is how it works
1. You tell us you want ot be part of the 'Wine Sock' evening
2. You Choose your menu
3. You will not see the wine list
4. Tell us your wine preference (white, rose, or red)
5. We choose the wine for you, decant it (bottle hidden by a sock)
6. At the end of the dinner, you try to identify the grape variety -only-
7. If you are right, your bottle is free of charge!

Come and try it with friends or wine aficionados, its educational and a lot of fun!
