France is of course known for wine...but also for their famous rich sauces! TLN and Palate Sensations Cooking School are teaming up on a very "sauce-y" food/wine pairing session so that wine lovers can learn how to make four classic French sauces - and also learn how to pair them with wines.
Here's the tasting menu:
- Steamed asparagus with Hollandaise
- Grilled Australian rib eye with Red Wine Jus
- Pan fried salmon with Beure Blanc
- Cauliflower with Mornay sauce
We'll pair these dishes with 4 TLN Recommended French wines.
Cost is $126 per person. Prepayment required.
