Very often, when we open a bottle of wine we find that letting it sit for a while, or "breathe" improves the taste. Wine Affaire will have a 'decanting' session where you can learn why this is, find out how decanters have traditionally been used, and get tips on a few very modern alternatives. The best part is the decanting experiment is tasting the before, and after!
Thus, in this session, you will be able to learn:

- How to decant
- Modern decanters
