Now we couldn't give Bordeaux the spotlight without sharing the joy with its cousins: the languid (dare we say "easy"?) Chardonnay and its antithesis, the very Type A Pinot Noir from Burgundy. JC Guillou will be on-hand again to help us make sense of these two disimlar yet cranky yet sublime grapes. We will be tasting:
