Hailing from the cuisine rich region of Provence, has finally arrived in Le Bistrot du Sommelier for only the period of the 29th March to the 3rd April 2010. The 38 year old leaves a blazing trail of 2 and 3-starred Michelin restaurants in his wake, to open his very own restaurant in Agen, France, with a sojourn in Singapore before.
Le Bistrot du Sommelier is very happy to welcome Chef Care, a very good friend of Chef Patrick, the two of them having shared many years of work exprience and being sources of inspirtaion to each other. Chef Care will tak you through a journey in his French Riviera, featuring classic dishes and his own creations.

Alain Graillot founded his domaine in Crozes-Hermitage in 1985, and rapidly became one of the most in-demand producers in the NOrthern Rhone for his exuberant, robust, and complete Syrah-based wines.
Alain harvests by hand and works organically, employing whole-cluster fermentation and aging the wines primarily in 1-to-3 year old barrels purchased from some of hte top estates in Burgundy. In great years, he makes tiny quatities of a barrel slection known as "La Guiraude," a rare and spectacular wine.
Graillot's wines are strucutred, but still very appealing and approchable in their youth, and their longevity is truly remarkable... These are must-haves for any serious Northern Rhone fan.
