After talking about doing a Cooking Class for a while we were finally able to set it up.
So come and join us for a pleasant Sunday afternoon with cooking, chatting, eating and drinking. We organized an easy hands-on cooking class with delicious Thai snacks and dishes paired with some of our recommended wines.
Here is what the chef de cuisine has on the menu for us:
Chicken satay with peanut sauce
Green mango salad
Chicken red curry with bamboo shoots
Thai spring rolls minced pork
Sticky rice with mango
Wine: Be surprised about the wine we choose for Thai cuisine. You will be satisfied!
