Description
Magma invites winelovers to the first Educational Wine Tasting of 2010. This tasting will focus on the winery Reinhold Haart (Mosel), the German wine maker of the year 2007. Today Theo Haart, his wife Eva and his son Johannes operate the old estate, which is in possess of the family since the 18th century. The vineyard area is only 7 hectares and Haart produces 50,000 bottles per year, only RIESLING wines.
Most famous vineyard is "Piesporter Goldtroepfchen" where Haart keeps many old vines. The wines of Haart are mostly sweet, but well balanced with a fine acidity and freshness.
In addition to tasting the wines guests will receive detailed information about the wine maker and the wines. It is only S$ 20.00++, and is free to members of the MAGMA GERMAN WINE CLUB.
