Rockford is a dedicated small Barossa maker whose 'Basket Press' Shiraz and Black Shiraz (sparkling) are always in demand domestically and abroad. The latter is never exported, purchases can only be made at the cellar door and there's a long waiting list to get an allocation.Rockford has always been a committed supporter of the region's small vineyards and the growers. The wines are made in very traditional methods with minimal modern machinery intervention producing wines that are essentially 'natural and faithfully reflect their sites and seasons.a
