Yoshi is the General Manager and Sommelier at the prestigious Japanese resaurant Shabu Shabu. Originally from Tokyo, Japan Yoshi has a background as a chef and over 8 years of experience as a Sommelier, including a position as Head Waiter/Sommelier at Joel Robuchon's Michelin 3-stars restaurant. He enjoys wine, particularly those that deliver good value and quality which made him an ideal Guest Nose at The Local Nose!
