Ervin  Tang is TLN's second guest nose. Ervin has been in the F&B industry for almost five years, and has learnt a lot about food and wines.

He started off as a trainee 6 years back and is now the Sommelier at The Cliff Restaurant. Wine captured his attention and his interest grew gradually when he learned from managers and sommeliers about wine. Not only does Ervin love to consume wine, but discovering and understanding wine has become a passion; as he believes each vintage tells a different stories about a wine.

Entering his fourth year at The Cliff, Ervin is pursuing the WSET Advanced certification and also looking forward to the Certified Specialist in Wine course as well.
